This project is the conversion of the former sports building into performance and conferral spaces, multi-purpose rooms, acoustic rooms, and recording and broadcasting suites. A commercial type kitchen is also included, to allow catering for functions in the main hall. The student hub and offices in the building are being retained in their current state, with only minor alterations and upgrades to services. This is a fast track project with a construction period of 5 months and the building partly occupied.
