Urban Regeneration of project which provides 37 residential units in a phased development of 2 & 3 bedroom houses and 1 & 2 bed apartments. Phase 1 complete. Mechanical & Electrical services design for 7 variant house and apartment types in the development and design of all site services infrastructure. Site monitoring of the installation and sustainable engineering advice. In the course of the design we carried out H&S safety risk assessments at appropriate stages and liaised with the design team to ensure that the design eliminated risks where possible and minimised any residual risk.
