Varming Consulting Engineers were recently appointed by Health Services Executive as Technical Services Advisors associated with the Design and Site Monitoring of 72 Bed Modular Ward at St. Luke’s General Hospital, Kilkenny. 

The project consists of the design of a new modular ward block at St. Luke’s General Hospital Kilkenny which is to be named ‘The Ormond Wing’. The new block is four stories plus roof top plant rooms. Accommodation is arranged around a new courtyard. At ground floor accommodation includes offices and staff facilities. At upper levels there are three floors each with 24 single bedrooms all with private en-suites. This project is currently on site.
