Varming Consulting Engineers were recently appointed by the Client Aidan Curley as Building Services Engineers, associated with the Design and Site Monitoring, including Building Regulations Certification (BCAR), for the Development of the proposed Extension to Tearmainn Bhride Private Nursing Home at Brideswell, Athlone, Co. Roscommon.

The proposed extension accommodation will include 30 new single and double en-suite bedrooms, laundry facilities, toilets, day rooms, nursing station, offices, and other associated support spaces thus providing overall accommodation in the order of 1,700m2 when completed.

The project is due to commence in on February 2015 and compliments our extensive successful experience in the Residential Healthcare.
