Varming Consulting Engineers working alongside O’Briain Beary Architects have recently been appointed by the Dental Council of Ireland as Building Services Engineers, associated with the Refurbishment of their existing offices on Merrion Square, Dublin 2.

This project entails a major refurbishment of the Dental Council Of Ireland Offices who occupy the basement, ground and first floors. in 57 Merrion Square. Our scope includes the design and monitoring of complete new Power, Lighting, IT and Fire alarm systems together with a new gas fired heating and hot water system all integrated into the existing period listed building.

The project is due to commence construction in May 2015 with a programmed completion date of October 2015. This project compliments our extensive successful experience in the design of building services installations within refurbished listed buildings.
