Project Description:

Varming Consulting Engineers were commissioned to design the integration of design of the building services for 10,000m2 of Coldstore Block, 8,000m2 of Production Block, 5000m2 of Headquarters Office Block.


Full Air-Conditioned offices integrated with twin wall façade incorporating automatic louvres, external shade and internal blinds.
Primary heating to HQ offices 4 pipe fan coil units taken from reject heat through heat pump unit off the Baking.
Production Ammonia chiller plant.
Full DALI lighting system and natural daylight and glare control, including full BMS.
Energy metering of utilities and electrical, heat loads and COP of heat pump unit.
Intruder, CCTV, Access Control, Security, Lift systems etc.
BREEAM Rating (provisional) Very Good.
