Project Description:

Varming Consulting Engineers were commissioned to design the mechanical and electrical services installations for a new extension to the existing commercial bakery. The extension consists of an automated production line which takes the raw material ingredients all the way to finished product, freezing the product, packaging and transportation. The building consists of various areas such as fermentation area, pre dough area, mixing area, production line, commercial oven area, cooler area, freezer area, packaging and transportation zone.


The upgrading of the existing site wide LPG gas services infrastructure. 
Ventilation services via various air handling units including run around coil installation to improve energy efficiency.
Air Conditioning, Compressed Air, Steam, Water and Chilled Water services.
Upgrade works to the existing site MV installation.
LED lighting and emergency lighting.
Fire alarm, security & CCTV, data and all associated electrical site services.
