This major healthcare project delivers 96 single ensuite bedrooms and HTM-compliant isolation facilities, constructed above the live Renal and Emergency Departments.
Designed to expand patient capacity and improve clinical efficiency, the building provides a modern, resilient environment that supports both staff and patient wellbeing.
Varming provided full mechanical and electrical (M&E) design services, encompassing ventilation, medical gases, power, lighting, and fire safety systems.
