Project Description:

Varming Consulting Engineers were commissioned to design the mechanical and electrical services installations for the total refurbishment of 150 existing rooms also 99 bedroom extension fully air conditioned, new sprinkler installation in new and existing building (partially listed elements).  New lift installations in existing building and extension with a rationalised, centralised, HVAC plantroom spaces.  New comfort cooling installation in the existing building.
